These were made as wedding cake toppers for my friends Ed & Tony.
I`ve never tried making dudes in this style before and it was quite a challenge. Tony`s suit was a dark gold material, which doesn`t look so metallic on the pic of the actual couple, hence the more metallic appearance of the model. The Ed model measures 11cm high & Tony is 11.5cm, Ed`s glasses are a single piece of thin wire wrapped into shape and painted black.
With more experience I could improve on the tailored suits and give them an overall tidier appearance, but I was pretty pleased with them for a first attempt at this kind of design and the happy couple were extremely pleased with them, which made it entirely worthwhile
